Dow AgroSciences has modified its commercial launch plans for the Enlist Weed Control System for corn. It is now slated for the 2014 growing season, pending regulatory approval.

Dow AgroSciences initially planned to commercially launch the system’s corn component for the 2013 growing season, but now plan to offer it for sale later in 2013 for the 2014 growing season.

“We anticipate (U.S.) approvals in the next few months,” says Damon Palmer, Dow AgroSciences U.S. commercial leader for the Enlist Weed Control System. He adds no problems have resulted with the system during the regulatory process.
