How Corn Deters Drought

So far, drought tolerance in corn has probably been the furthest thing on your mind this spring. Pounding rainfall has replaced drought concerns so far in 2013.

Still, a dry spell could put drought concerns back into play. Several companies are investing in drought-tolerant traits as a way to better enable corn to withstand drought.
