The United Speed Alliance Racing-Hooters Pro Cup Series Soy Biodiesel 250, the inaugural race at the brand new Iowa Speedway, was held in Newton, Iowa, Friday, Sept. 15. Sponsored by the Iowa Soybean Association, the race was also a large-scale promotion for biodiesel fuel.
