  • 1. Give 110% effort; recognize your partners’ efforts.

  • 2. Don’t be afraid to delegate or to accept responsibility.

  • 3. Care about one another.

  • 4. Don’t worry about minor details.

  • 5. Don’t keep score on trivial things.

  • 6. Don’t be too proud of your accomplishments.

  • 7. Compliment and encourage one another.

  • 8. Allow and encourage individual family independence within the operation.

  • 9. Set common goals and help one another attain them.

  • 10. Have a common faith that outlines a bigger picture.
