UK Grassland Perception

10/25/2012 @ 9:23am

UK Grasslands are subject to various forms, intensities and combinations of fertilizer regime. The ecological implications of such differences are well established within academic research, the social implications less so. When i talk about social implications; my focus is on 'Cultural Ecosystem Services', these concern the anthropocentric benefits we receive as a result of ecosystem health - aesthetic, well being, spiritual, recreational etc. This aspect of the environment and nature is seldom explored; the following 5 minute survey explores the cultural ecosystem services of UK grasslands, the results of which will be written into an exploratory article to be posted mid December.

Your contribution would be most appreciated, i look forward to the results!
