Florida Farm Rights violation Cover Up

David Pressler 02/19/2013 @ 10:36am Within 3 months DeSoto County issued a cease work order preventing me from Developing a solar fish farm on my farm in Arcadia Florida a violation of Florida's Right to Farm Act an Act without enforcement, allowing counties to do what they want unless you can afford to fight City Hall

We need your help!
Many farmers in Florida have and are still being victimized by unlawful restrictions to their farm business.
When DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie invested in a fish farm to develop a solar powered fish farm it believed it had the protection of Florida under the Florida Right to Farm Act and the Aquaculture Policy Act. Once DeSoto County violated both laws DRD contacted the Dept of Agriculture for enforcement NONE was given allowing DeSoto County to falsely accuse DRD Enterprises of mfg for resale on AG zoned property without supporting evidence.
This farm and many other farms in Florida have and are still being violated without the Dept of Agriculture enforcing their rights.
The Florida Dept of AG has now, so as to deflect the complaint filed by DRD Enterprises, stated to inquiries about this matter that DRD Enterprises was the violator of Florida law not the VICTIM! When, via the Office of Inspector General, a request for the documents supporting the declaration that DRD Enterprises was mfg for resale NONE have been provided after numerous request.
No authority in Florida has reviewed the actions of DeSoto County and under the Florida Aquaculture Policy Act an Ombudsman should have been assigned to DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie

State of Florida Right to Farm Act and Aquaculture Policy Act without enforcement has ruined many farmers in Florida. Signing this petition to help Florida Farmers keep their farms from local govt illegal actions

So I created a petition to The Florida State House, The Florida State Senate, and Governor Rick Scott, which says:
