appraisor approach (similar comparatives) david s hovda 02/28/2011 @ 6:52pm We here in mn always schedule our AARP meeting to coinciied with all those steak dinners by the seed , chemical, and pesticide meetings and marketing meetings also. they ( the renters ) park there picups next to the land lords pickups. The last 20 years you have to put on your sun glasses to walk by our renters pickups, then we walk down the street to the land lords and you see nothing but old rust bombs, One guy that went through the fabulous 80s and the death tax haven of the late 70s ,( he bought the farm twice) actually had a sling rope for a seat belt and is paying off his bank deghts with after tax income on an eight dollar anhr job. So don;t give me that bull shipping story about hard times!!!!
