Get interactive with AG CONNECT 2013

Jeff Caldwell 05/07/2012 @ 2:45pm Multimedia Editor for Agriculture.com and Successful Farming magazine.

Get a jump on the 2013 AG CONNECT Expo and find out how much -- and who -- you know in your business by tying in to a new interactive program leading up to the ag industry show in Kansas city next January.

AG CONNECT Expo & Summit 2013 this week rolled out "Masters & Mavericks," an interactive program highlighting some of the more innovative producers and other agribusiness professionals who are looking to use the global show early next year to discuss emerging trends before everyone else.

The first phase is a contest to guess the identities of the show’s initial set of forward-looking producers, with prizes for the correct answers. Second, join in the dialog and become part of the Masters & Mavericks and be featured on the show website.

"AG CONNECT’s Masters & Mavericks are not only tried and true experts but also blue-sky-thinking innovators," according to a report from AG CONNECT. "Whether by employing the newest equipment, inputs and practices, discussing emerging issues and trends, or a desire to know what’s on the horizon, Masters & Mavericks are representatives of the types of producers and other agribusiness professionals who are planning to attend AG CONNECT 2013."
