Sale prices on large square balers

Wow. Check that out. What a beauty.

Admit it. It's fun to peruse upcoming auction sale bills to see what equipment will be available for sale. As your eye glides over the sale bill, our attention is captured by those pieces of equipment that are unique or are in exceedingly good condition.

Or both.

Like the Hesston 4910 big square baler that was up for sale last week on an auction in south-central Idaho. This baler was a honey. Here's the tale of the tape: 4'x4' bales, Euro lube & Lincoln Quicklub, with three-bale accumulator, serial #91350, like new condition.

A big part of the fun I have in compiling all this auction sale price data is in comparing sale prices to other similar makes & models that have sold. Being able to pull together a master list of similar equipment and then compare values is fun. Fun and also a great way to save money by knowing the facts before you buy, sell or trade.
