Thanksgiving

Agriculture.com Staff 11/21/2007 @ 12:07pm

This past year will be remembered for its volatility in just about all sectors of agriculture, especially when compared to market movement over the last 20 years. The year 2007 also witnessed large crops for the majority of farmers. We hope the past year has been safe and prosperous for you, and that the year ahead holds great hope for all.

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection. We want to again thank you for reading our report. We have had the privilege of providing this service to you for many years. We will continue to strive to produce a top-rated report. We want to extend thanks to those who have provided insight or feedback to improve the report.

We believe that farming is perhaps the most noble of all professions. We realize that you are challenged with a great amount of risk, and only you can understand the significant joy and reward that farming can bring. As with any business, volatility can make for opportunity or stress. We encourage you to embrace the opportunities that the markets offer. The American farmer continues to be the envy of all agricultural producers in the world.

We wish you a safe and prosperous 2008. This is a time to rest and reflect. It is also a time to spend with family and loved ones and give thanks for another bountiful year. Happy Thanksgiving!
