U.S. corn prices seen staying volatile through winter, specialist says

CHICAGO (Dow Jones)--Corn price prospects remain quite unsettled with a number of factors indicating that prices will remain volatile through the winter months as domestic and world market conditions change, a University of Illinois extension marketing specialist said Tuesday.
