CHICAGO, Illinois (Agriculture.com)--The pre-opening prices for the CME Group grain commodities for Tuesday, October 6, 2010 are higher.  Corn, soybeans and wheat are seen opening 4-6 cents higher.

In overnight electronic trading, the Dec. corn futures contract traded 5 3/4 cents higher at $4.77 1/4 per bushel. The Nov. soybean futures contract traded 7 1/4 cents higher at $10.61 1/4 per bushel. The Dec. wheat futures contract traded 5 1/4 cents higher at $6.52 1/2. For Dec. soymeal futures, the contract traded $2.40 per short ton higher at $294.70, and Dec. soyoil up $0.34 at $43.79.

The outside markets are supportive for Tuesday's grain trade. The real factors driving the higher early calls are the higher overnight markets.
