Early calls for the commodities for Monday

Early calls for the CME Group commodity prices for Monday, July 12, 2010 are 1-2 cents higher for corn and wheat, soybeans 1-2 cents lower.

In eCBOT electronic trading, the Dec '10 corn futures contract was 1/2 of a cent lower at $3.94 3/4 per bushel, while Nov. soybeans were 2 1/4 cents lower at $9.51 per bushel. Sep. wheat was steady at $5.38. The Dec. soymeal futures contract was $0.60 higher at $278.60 and Dec. soyoil 0.20 point lower at $38.07.

The outside markets are not supportive for this morning's CME Group open. The real factor driving the early calls will be the mixed overnight grain prices.
