Australia wheat yields likely slashed

CANBERRA (Dow Jones)--Wheat yields in Australia are predicted overall to be in the lower third of historical averages, reflecting the impact of a savage drought, according to a national climate and agricultural update issued Wednesday by the government's Bureau of Rural Sciences.
