Iraq sticks to decision not to buy wheat from AWB

BAGHDAD (Dow Jones)--The grain board of Iraq said Thursday that it would stick to its decision not to buy wheat from AWB Ltd. (AWB.AU), Australia's monopoly wheat exporter, until an inquiry into alleged kickbacks under an oil-for-food deal ends.
