Minor changes expected with USDA wheat data

CHICAGO (Dow Jones)--While wheat market participants will look to Friday's U.S. Department of Agriculture prospective plantings and quarterly grain stocks reports for near-term direction, the weather will continue to remain the longer-term focus as the U.S. winter wheat crop emerges from dormancy and spring wheat producers prepare for planting, traders and analysts said.
