grain prices soar, but!!!! becky gollehon 08/04/2010 @ 10:43am we as cereal grain farmers on the High Plains of Montana cannot enjoy these prices because of discounts; discounts for protein, discounts for foreign material, discounts for basis; discounts for everything result in giving our production away or not being able to deliver it to the elevators because of too low of protein. To me no one should be starving in the world, but it happens when only a few are in control of our food supply!
