Farm land and its rising value continues to be one of the biggest stories in the business of farming in the U.S. this winter. Now, there's recent speculation that it's not just the value to the owner and renter, but the federal government that's now getting attention with a recent report showing property taxes for land will likely continue to move higher until at least 2015.
