SC KS We have received some rains but really need rain now with corn tasseling and only 5-6 feet tall. Very little subsoil moisture and weather outlook shows highs in the 100's, lows in the 70's and no rain in sight. Optimistic outlook is that forecasters usually get it wrong.

I can understand that the crops are down a bit because of the current weather conditions. This is a very hot year and we need more rain to support the agriculture conditions. Nice article.
