Mixed corn, soybean trade seen Wednesday

11/28/2012 @ 7:31am

Today's CME Group corn, soybean, and wheat trading are expected to trade mixed.

The early calls for the commodities on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, are mostly lower. Corn is seen opening 1 to 2 cents higher, soybeans 4 to 6 cents lower, and wheat 2 to 4 cents lower.

In overnight trading, the December corn futures contract traded 1/4 of a cent higher at $7.64 per bushel. January soybean futures traded 4 cents lower at $14.44 per bushel, and March wheat traded 2 cents lower at $8.86. For January soybean meal futures, the contract traded 10 cents per short ton lower at $433.30. January soybean oil futures traded 31 cents lower at $50.10.

The outside markets are unfavorable for Wednesday's grain trade. The real factors driving the calls will be the mixed overnight markets.
