Democrats outline $15 billion energy bill

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A $15 billion energy bill unveiled Thursday by U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., outlines goals Democrats are seeking to pass in the House by August and has broad support from party leaders, Hoyer said at a news conference.
