For one Family only - This is a perfect, beautiful, well taken care of home for your horses. They will be your responsibility fully; there are no other horses on my property but yours. There are 5 + horse stalls with a full enclosed barn, a tack room with concrete floors and built in cabinet, counter top, saddle/blanket racks, halter and bridle racks, extra racks for lead lines etc. Your horses will be on 4-1/2 acres has a pond, the property is crossed fenced with gates to sections off if needed. There is an outdoor riding area as well. I sold my horses a 1-1/2 ago, but have had one family lease out the whole property for the past year. They are now moving to California at the end of October 2012 and the property will be available as of November 1, 2012. This is a perfect place for your horses here in the beautiful booming town of Rockwall, Texas.
 
There are five stalls in the first barn and three in the second. Barns are only three foot apart from each other with a black top driveway. There are automatic waters in the five stalls and automatic water outside the barn with a pond in the back pasture. There are four + acres for your horses to run around on, and for years we have fertilized and taken excellent care of our land. Attached to the second barn/shop there is a loafing area with hay storage above. There is outside storage for a horse trailer and a tractor. Also an outside area where you can store round hay bales.
 
We live here on the property at the front of the barns, and we are on a private road, it is very quiet and a great place for your horses here in Rockwall. We have a feed store within 15 minutes from our home; I know of and have used a vet supply company out of Oklahoma that will bring supplies/feed etc. once a month. There are many vets nearby but we have a vet that we have always used in Terrell, Texas for years, Dr Risingers Vet. We have a wonderful barn cat "Clyde" and he has a nice warm/clean place for our tack room. Everyone falls in love with him!

We have two little pygmy goats that love horses and in the bad weather they like to hang out in one of the stalls.
 
ONLY your horses will be here and they will be your sole responsibility. They will need up to date coggins, and you will need to go through a background check. If you decide that this is the perfect place for your horses, and after the finalization of the background check has been completed, you will need to have the monthly payment of $700 (which includes water, electricity, hay storage and storage for one horse trailer) for the lease of the property, and a one time deposit of $300. $700 lease is due on the first of each month.
