Responsibilities of the Farm Manager position includes: Coordinating & leading employees, compiling records on the crops & land, determining planting, irrigating & other schedules, directing harvest operations and conducting off-season activities.

Experience desired in crop planning, irrigation scheduling, employee management, agronomic planning, record keeping & Microsoft software programs. Applicants must have good organizational and communication skills & ability to maintain a positive work environment. Potato experience is not necessary.
