Oil-eating nontoxic cleaner to be evaluated

Agriculture.com Staff 01/01/2007 @ 8:30am

The next product to be evaluated is a new nontoxic cleaner made from a mixture of surfactants, emulsifiers, and water softeners. Oil Eater is nonflammable, biodegradable, and doesn't require special containment after use. The cleaner doesn't contain acids, abrasives, or petroleum solvents, making it safe to use on paint. It is also noncorrosive to metal parts.

Kafko International claims that Oil Eater cuts through oil, grease, sludge, and dirt, encapsulating them into a solution that easily rinses away.

Six readers will be chosen to test a one-gallon container of Oil Eater. Watch for the results in an upcoming issue of Successful Farming magazine and online.
