Agriculture.com Staff 07/06/2006 @ 2:30pm

Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., is offering a free yield mapping service designed to help growers get more value from their investments in precision farming technology. The Pioneer FIT mapping system is now available to growers (North America) for the 2006 growing season. This technology allows growers to leverage the technology available and assist them in making important decisions about crops.

To participate, growers will need a yield monitor equipped with a GPS receiver for yield mapping.

For more information, interested growers should contact their local Pioneer sales professional.
