Challenger introduces three products at National Farm Machinery Show
Challenger expands its line up with the introduction of three products - a 4WD articulated tractor, a line of 45- to 75-hp light utility tractors and the Class VIII combine.
The new line of 4WD articulated tractors, the MT900B Series will include four models from 430 to 570 engine horsepower. Features on all four units include a Caterpillar ACERT technology engine, a Cat engineered and tested 16FX4R powershift transmission and the Challenger Tractor Management Center.
The MT300B Series includes four models, which range in horsepower from 45 to 75 PTO. Models are available in 2WD or 4WD.
The Class VIII Combine, Model 680B, features a rotor measuring 31.5 inches in diameter and 140 inches in length, which is the largest in the industry. Other features include a 350-bushel grain tank, a 425-horsepower Caterpillar engine and a 230-gallon fuel tank. The combine unloads at 4.0 bushels per second.
