No sooner had Patrick Schaffer put the finishing touches on the shop of his dreams when the Eau Claire, Wisconsin, farmer realized he was already out of room.

Our next shop expansion innovation created a much needed business center for Greg and Heidi Otto of Prairie Center, Minnesota. The addition of a 20x20-foot building to their shop made room for multiple offices and a bathroom.

Much like the Ottos . . . Debbie and Bob Klemp needed a business center for their farm near Wheatfield, Indiana. To meet that need they erected a 24x28-foot addition to the side of their shop.

The Burrer operation near Elyria, Ohio, faced a space shortage when it came to accommodating large implements. Their solution was to expand outside creating valuable work areas from concrete pads.
