Prepare IRS 1099 form
01/18/2012 - 01/27/2012
The IRS requires all businesses to document non-employee payments larger than $600 made
to individuals or other businesses during the year. A 1099 form, detailing the
amount of money paid, the type of payment and the payee's name, address and tax
information, is sent to the payee and to the IRS.
