Sponsored: 4-Year Average +$72.36/A ROI of Sidedress Nitrogen

This four-year multilocation study was designed to evaluate various nitrogen (N) application timings and their affect on N-use efficiency, N loss, and yield. Each treatment in this study received a total of 180 lb./A of N.

The corn-after-soybean N timing study was completed at four of Beck’s Practical Farm Research (PFR)® sites this year. All treatments received 180 lb./A of N.

In 2015, 100% of the N applied at the V6 growth stage provided the highest net return followed closely by 100% of the N applied at the V3 growth stage.
