Cool Tools: New Compressors, Metal Shear And Grease

A new line of industrial-grade, single- and two-stage air compressors have been introduced by Jet Tools. Featuring cast-iron pumps and NEMA-rated motors, the 60- and 80-gallon vertical compressors offer a built-in safety valve, high pressure switch, and a fully enclosed metal belt guard. The Jet units provide a low oil guard indicator that monitors oil levels in the crankcase.  If the oil level falls too low, the compressor automatically shuts down. Prices for the line are $999 for the 60-gallon unit and $1,999 for the 80-gallon compressor. Go to .

Yet, the attachment adds just 1½ pounds of extra weight to the drill. The innovation features a 360° swiveling head for added working maneuverability. The attachment is also capable of cutting asphalt shingles, steel mesh, vinyl siding, wire, plastics, cardboard, and rubber. The model DWASHRIR retails for $59.98. Go to
