Agronomy Tip: Consider Early Planted Soybeans

Early-planted soybeans are catching on.

“Many farmers who have planted soybeans early have found that it gives a little extra time at the end of the season for the crop to mature,” Mike Sevey, Technical Sales Manager at The Mosaic Company, explains.

If you are considering planting soybeans early, look at the price of soybeans vs. corn, evaluate the soils in your fields that may dry out or drain better, and see if this practice may work for you.
