Enjoyed spending an hour of my afternoon today with one of our state representatives. During our talk in the combine, we discussed several ag issues: land taxes, animal agriculture, local infrastructure issues, GMOs, preserving the family farm, and why we do what we do. It was a pretty neat opportunity.
