Skid Steer Post Puller
I needed a way to pull fence posts without constantly getting in and out of my skid steer. I found a piece of square tubing that fit a receiver hitch attachment. I cut the tubing to about 24 inches and drilled a hole for the receiver pin. Using 4 feet of a ¼-inch V-bar chain I welded one end to the end of the tube and the other end about 8 inches behind. With the bar above the post and the chain resting against it, I make three quick, circular rotations then lower and lift the boom. The post comes out easily and removes itself from the chain when loosened.
