Corn, Soybeans Edge Up Ahead of WASDE Report

Wheat is falling

DES MOINES, Iowa -- On Wednesday, the CME Group’s corn and soybean futures tick a bit higher, ahead of the USDA/WASDE October Report at 11:00 a.m. CT.

At 9 a.m., the December corn futures are ½¢ higher at $3.46, and March futures are ¼¢ higher at $3.55 per bushel.

November soybean futures are 3¢ higher at $9.57; January soybean futures are 2¾¢ higher at $9.64.

December wheat futures are 2¼¢ lower at $4.05.

December soy meal futures are $1.10 per short ton higher at $301.40. December soy oil futures are 0.27¢ higher at 33.62¢ per pound. 

In the outside markets, the Brent crude oil market is $0.67 per barrel lower, the U.S. dollar is higher, and the Dow Jones Industrials are 6 points higher.
