Dutch poultry farms to keep fowl indoors because of bird flu -ANP

AMSTERDAM, Oct 22 (Reuters) - The Dutch government has ordered commercial poulty farms to keep fowl indoors after an an outbreak of bird flu, ANP reported on Thursday, citing the Ministry of Agriculture.

The government had said on Wednesday that it had detected bird flu H5N8 in wild swans. (Reporting by Toby Sterling Editing by David Goodman )
