Germany to build import terminal for green ammonia in Hamburg

BERLIN, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Germany's first import terminal for green ammonia will be built in Hamburg and is scheduled to start operations from 2026, Economy Minister Robert Habeck said on Thursday.

The new terminal will make an important contribution to ramping-up Germany's hydrogen economy and advance its supply of green energy sources, he said. (Reporting by Kirsti Knolle Editing by Paul Carrel)
