Successful Farming partners to expand podcast network

Global Ag Network podcasts become part of advertising sales program.

If you enjoy listening to podcasts (such as the regular Successful Farming Podcast), you’re one of millions of people enjoying this booming medium. Whether it’s for entertainment, information, or news, podcasts continue to grow. And farmers and ranchers are active listeners, as well.

About 20% of Americans listen to podcasts on a weekly basis, according to SEMrush. The growth curve is significant, as well: by 2024, projections estimate that more than 100 million people will be listening to podcasts. Farmers and ranchers are joining the medium, as well. Successful Farming research shows that almost 25% of farmers listen to general podcasts, and 35% of farmers listen to ag-related podcasts, according the 2020 Farmers’ Use of Media survey fielded by Successful Farming.

This continued growth is why Successful Farming announced recently that it is expanding its podcast advertising capability with an exclusive advertising sales partnership with Global Ag Network, the premiere podcast network for farmers and ranchers.

Successful Farming is adding the Ag News Daily and Working Cows podcasts, among others in the Global Ag Network, to its advertising sales platform, creating a more robust offering for marketers looking to connect with farmers and ranchers through audio.
