The June 1, 2018, deadline to nominate an Iowa farmer for the 2018 Conservation Farmer of the Year Award is rapidly approaching. Recognize a farmer in your community who has made outstanding contributions to soil conservation and water quality by submitting their name and a short summary to your county Soil & Water Conservation District Office. The award is presented by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Iowa Farm Bureau.
