Develop with Deere 2020 brings together key innovators in the ag tech industry
As ag tech continues to infiltrate every aspect of a farming operation, one of the chief complaints from growers is the inability of the various platforms “to easily talk to one another.” While the new solutions entering agriculture offer endless possibilities, the data silos they create are an ongoing frustration for growers.
In a time when growers need seamless solutions to help them tackle the issues affecting their operations, John Deere is working to connect key innovators to make processes like accessing, sharing, and transfering files, and viewing and analyzing machine and agronomic data much easier.
Entering its seventh year, Develop with Deere brings together software development companies as well as John Deere dealers and ag service providers to explore opportunities and learn from one another. The event, which will be held on January 29, 2020, in St. Louis, Missouri, includes business and technical program tracks as well as hand-on demonstrations from companies like Ceres Imaging, EFC Systems, Sentera, Intelinair, and many others.
Since the opening of the John Deere Operations Center, more than 100 connected software tools have been made available in the API platform.
