Raven releases second generation of its Hawkeye Nozzle Control System
After running the Hawkeye 2 Nozzle Control System for a season, Lance Bell is 100% convinced it was the right decision.
“We mapped and sprayed across every waterway — the individual nozzle control worked great," says the Weldon, Iowa farmer who was a beta tester. "Our usage of chemical was down, and our productivity increased a ton. Available for order today, Hawkeye 2 builds on Raven Applied Technology's commitment to sprayer efficacy. Under rigid testing, the system outperformed the nearest competitors by up to 250% with its uniformity and consistency across the sprayer boom. Not only does this reduce sprayer drift it also increases application quality. In addition, individual nozzle control and turn compensation eliminate skips, overlaps, and misapplication.
