How to build an indexed wrench shelf

There are times you need to keep a set of boxed-end wrenches dedicated to an area, such as a metal worker or workbench. Paul Nys from Rainier, Oregon, created this indexed wrench shelf that can be attached to the bottom of a table top or workbench.
